This season 7 week 8 epic quest requires you to use shield potions in a single match.

This shouldn't be that difficult as shield potions are easy to find. A good strategy for doing this without the risk of death is to get at least 4 shield potions. At a minimum this would require finding at least 2 shield potions. Small shield potions give you a bundle of 3 and big shield potions give you 1.

You can damage yourself with explosive items. Shooting a gas can while you are close to it or using a grenade of yourself will damage you enough to use more shield potions.

You can also do this quickly in Team Rumble as if you are eliminated you will keep any items in your inventory and you spawn back in with no shield so you can get eliminated and immediately use more shield potions when you land back in.
