This quest requires you to use the launchers that are on top of the Guardian Towers 3 times.

A word of warning you need to run into the launcher to activate it. Do not jump into it as you will miss the launcher, fall off the Guardian Tower and most likely die due to fall damage.

You can do this at the same Guardian Tower so you can use the launcher, run back to it and repeat until the quest is unlocked.

Watch out for the Spire Guardian if you drop straight in and are not set up yet.
