This season 7 week 8 epic quest requires you to ignite enemy players or enemy player structures.

In order to ignite players or players structures oon fire you will need a fire item. I would recommend firefly jars for this quest because they are easy to find and the fire spreads so you will get more progression with fewer items.

You can find firefly jars all over the map but there are plenty in Weeping Woods. You can usually find them by trees and near bodies of water. They are easier to spot at night time.

When you have some firefly jars in your inventory just wait until you come across some builds and use the firefly jars to burn them. It's likely you will come across left over builds from build battles that have already finished making this easy.

You can also use gas cans to start fires if you can not find any firefly jars.
