The research books you are looking for will glow blue and they are always found on the ground floor of the house in all locations. They are always a single book laying on the floor and not in a bookshelf. They are not too hard to find, just have a look around and make sure you check each corner of the rooms.

Be warned there are likely to be lots of people dropping into Holly Hedges or Pleasant Park so make sure you get a good drop to increase the chances of staying alive long enough to grab the research books.
