This is a simple go there quest. You need to visit Fancy View, Rainbow Rentals and Lockie's Lighthouse. You do not have to do this in a single game. We have added a map below to show you where you need to go. The locations are spread out down the west coast of the map so you might have to spread this out over a couple of games.
