This season 7 week 5 epic quest requires you to deal 250 damage to IO guards.

IO Guards are still roaming the map this week. They are most commonly found guarding satelite stations and Corny Complex.

If you land at any of these locations you will be able to find weapons to take down the nearby IO Guards. This quest only requires 250 damage so you should only need a single IO Guard to complete this quest.

I personally went to one of the satelite stations at the edge of the map. Other players are less likely to land there so it gives you time to find some weapons and take down an IO Guard.
