This week 11 epic quest requires you to maintain full shields for one minute.

Shield potions, mushrooms and slurp barrels are all great ways to recover your shield.

There is one location on the island where slurp barrels are plentiful and even standing in the water gradually recovers your shield. This is the Slurp Factory located in Slurpy Swamp. This location has dozens of slurp barrel.

An easy strategy to get this quest is to drop into Slurpy Swamp and start destroying slurp barrels. You should be able to find some half decent loot to defend yourself if its a hot drop as well. Once you have full shields you can find a quiet corner and chill out for a minute until this quest unlocks. Keep an eye on the storm circle as this could risk you getting caught in it.
