There are three golden artifacts hidden around The Spire. Fortunately they spawn at the same locations each game so let's go over where they can be found.

The first artifact can be found in the market area on the east side of The Spire. If you walk in from the north entrance it is behind the first stall on your right. If you smash the tables with corn boxes on top with your pickaxe you will see it.

The second artifact is on the north side at the base of the stairs that lead up to the top of The Spire. There is an alcove covered by wooden planks that you have to smash in order to access this artifact.

The third artifact is on the west side of The Spire inside one of the huts on the middle level. It is in the corner of the room.
