If you have purchased the battle pass you will be able to unlock a Tarana skin when you reach level 29 and complete 38 epic quests. If you want to see your epic quest progression head onto the battle pass tab in the main menu. Then scroll to the end of the numbered levels and you should see an icon for Tarana. Hover over her and you will see a progress bar on the left.

This style of skin gives Tarana a full set of bone armour instead of just a bone shoulder pad in the default skin. You will also get the indigo version of the Chainsaur, the dino deck and the bone patrol. See the images below for how they look in game.

Reaching level 29 shouldn't be difficult. If you are regularly doing quests you will reach this in no time. Look out for daily uncommon quests as these are really easy to complete and give you 22,000xp each. There are 3 available each day so you could earn an extra 66,000xp a day.
