The battle pass is required to unlock this quest
There are 3 new NPCs that have been added to to the map. They are located at the soccer goals in Pleasant Park, Dirty Docks and Holly Hedges. This is a very simple quest to go and talk to one of them. The soccer ball toy reward is going to be very useful in the proceeding quests to get the Neymar Jr rewards.
