This quest requires you to step onto a body scanner

Body scanners can be found at all the satelite stations on the island. They are found in thee buidling that looks like a small security building beside the entrance to the satelite station.

In order to get this quest you need to step onto the body scanner just like the name of the quest instructs, you can't interact with the body scanners like items in other quests.
