This season 7 week 4 legendary quest requires you to go to Steel Farm and search for 2 clues as to the whereabouts of Farmer Steel.

Looks like Farmer Steel was right to worry about the alien invasion at the end of season 6. It seems he has gone missing and the week 4 legendary quests all revolve around investigating his disappearance.

This is the first quest in the week 4 legendary quest path and begins trying to solve where Farmer Steel is.

You will need to head over to Steel Farm and interact with 2 of 4 clues that are located there.
