This season 7 week 6 legendary quest requires you to place cow decoys in farms.

There are 2 forms you can place cow decoys in. They are Corny Complex and Steel Farm. There are 6 locations where you can deploy a cow decoy in Corny Complex and 8 in Steel Farm. Steel Farm is probably your best option because there are more locations in a smaller space and you can avoid annoying IO guards.

You will see the usual blue icons that you will be able to walk up to and interact with to place a cow decoy. You will only need to deploy 3 cow decoys in order to complete the quest and get your 30,000xp!
