This season 7 week 1 legendary requires you to interact with Bunker Jonesy's conspiracy board.

Bunker Jonesy is located in a cabin on the south end of the island at Lumber Lodge. All you need to do is go to that location and inside the cabin you will find a notice board that you can interact with and the quest will be complete.
