This quest in itself is self explanatory but there are some techniques you can use to speed up your progress.

The first is by playing team rumble instead of the standard battle royale game modes. In team rumble you can respawn and you keep your weapons when you are eliminated. It is very easy to drop in, do some damage to the opposition team, rinse and repeat until you have all tiers of this quest line completed.

The second is by going after spire guardians, wildlife and NPCs that offer duels. Damage to these opponents count towards this quest and they are much easier to eliminate than most players you will encounter in the game. Just make sure you go in with enough ammo, health and shield to get you through the battles.
