This season 7 week 3 legendary quest requires you to converse with either Sunny, Joey or Beach Brutus.

They are all located at Believer Beach. They all seem to be attending the Cosmic Summer party that is going on.

Sunny is located at the east end of the beach. Just behind the swimming pool.

Joey is located in the area with the caravans on the south west side of Believer Beach.

Beach Brutus is at the west end of the beach. Near the skate park.

The exact locations are shown on the map below.

Just go and speak to any of them and this quest will complete and 15,000xp will be yours.
