This season 7 week 1 legendary quest requires you to talk to 3 NPCs. Either Sunny, Abstrakt, Dreamflower, Riot or Bushranger.

Just a word of warning all NPCs are friendly apart from Riot. He is hostile and you will need to eliminate him if you want to talk to him. So better off talking to the other 4 if you want to get this quest. He does drop an epic AR though so not all bad if you do decide to talk to him.
