This season 7 week 3 epic quest requires you to collect 2 palettes of cat food.

There are 2 locations where you can find cat food and each location has 2 cat food you can collect. The first is located at Retail Row. There is one inside the supermarket and another just outside in an area at the back, that looks like a loading bay, next to the truck.

The other cat food locations are at Dirty Docks. They are close to the downed UFO and the IO guards.

I would recommend doing this at Retail Row if you can. It will be easier because you won't need to deal with any IO guards.
