Gold bars are a resource players can use to purchase things from the NPCs and bounty boards across the map.

You can get bars by eliminating other players, searching chests, destroying ATMs and cash registers, completing quests accepted from NPCs, completing bounties or searching gold chests.

You can only hold a maximum of 5000 bars so to get all tiers of this quest line you will have to spend bars to free up some space in your inventory.
